Description

Distribution image supports s3 driver to delegate storage of images into s3 compliant object store.

Expose the configuration in the docker registry custom resource.

AC

  • User can configure s3 compliant object store as a backend for docker registry
  • This should work with S3 compliant flavors of SAP BTP Object store
  • When configured and reconciled, the storage: s3 is visible in the status
  • Write a documentation explaining how to configure s3 storage in docker registry

Reasons

As a kyma user I want to replace filesystem (PV) storage with durable HA storage.
