Performance testing

There are a few issues filed for OOM killed problem, we need to run performance testing and optimize memory usage:

• design and run scaled tests periodically
• capture memory usage of different scales of clusters

Hi @CIPHERTron - thanks for the interest!

We don't have any detailed plan yet, the project has been submitted to the LFX mentorship program for 2021 Fall. The main goal is to analyze the performance and potentially help reduce memory usage of Kyverno. Please feel free to apply : )

Yes, we got to manually build the test env and spin up workloads to measure performance with @siddharthlal25.
