* add language code ahead of the commit message (heading "ja-JP: ").
* fix typo in subject line of the commit message (rewview -> review).
* add origin of the discussion in subject line of the commit message.
* add author name in ja-JP/README as a translator.
* add Checked-By tag to changed entries.
* revert obsolete entries.
