setup: use fastentrypoints to reduce the script startup time
This uses revision ff8db3252c97 from https://github.com/ninjaaron/fast-entry_points to work around the performance issue of using pkg_resources in script entrypoints (see pypa/setuptools#510). Signed-off-by: Jan Luebbe <jlu@pengutronix.de>

import sys | ||
from mymodule import entry_function
sys.exit(entry_function())
This is better. | ||
