Lagotto 3.15

Lagotto 3.15 was released on February 4, 2015 with the following changes:

• added sidekiq capistrano tasks (#235)
• added capistrano integration with vagrant push command, using vagrant-capistrano-push plugin (#238)
• updated Mendeley source to use new Mendeley v.1 API (#239)

Make sure the following settings for the Mendeley source are corect:

• Url: https://api.mendeley.com/catalog?%{query_string}&view=stats
• Authentication Url: https://api.mendeley.com/oauth/token
