NAS2D is an object oriented 2D development framework targeted toward games in particular (though it can be used for non-game applications as well).

While it attempts to be as simple and easy to work with as possible, like any library there is a bit of a learning curve.

The Manual

Every release of NAS2D includes a copy of the documentation distributed with it. You can also view the online documentation here: http://www.lairworks.com/nas2d_doc/
