'++nested' was introduced by https://github.com/vim/vim/releases/tag/v8.1.1113 as an alternative form of 'nested' and the 'nested' is supported for backward compatibility. I'd love to drop support for Vim 8.1.0451 but it's easy to use OLD fashion thus I just tried.

I'd love to drop Vim 8.1 but there are several small fixes I can apply thus I tried.
