Fix use of relative application paths.

The iPhoneSimulatorRemoteClient API requires an absolute path to an
application. This change adds resolution of relative paths prior to
attempting to launch the app.

A command-line utility for managing the iPhone Simulator. Provided as a simple
example of interfacing with the iPhoneSimulatorRemoteClient API.

Usage: iphonesim <options> <command> ...
Commands:
  showsdks
  launch [options] <application path>
    Options:
      -d/--device-family [family]   Supported device families: iPhone iPad
      -s/--sdk-version [version]    The SDK version (eg, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2)

Example:
    ./iphonesim launch --device-family iPhone --sdk-version 3.0 ~/Project/build/Debug-iphonesimulator/Project.app
