@themsaid This is a addition for the mail notification channel, but does this lead into a issue where one type of notification is send (e.g. slack) but not the mail one? |

While sending a notification, if you return false in the handle method of a listener to the
NotificationSendingevent the notification isn't sent, this PR adds the same functionality to the mail sending process, if one of the listeners ofMessageSendingreturned false the mail is never sent.
