This PR adds support for nested transactions in SqlServer. Currently the QueryGrammar for SqlServer returns false for
supportsSavepoints, but it seems SqlServer does actually support those.https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/language-elements/save-transaction-transact-sql
This PR simply changes the
supportsSavepointsmethod to returntrueand it adds the specific grammar for SqlServer to compile a savepoint and a rollback from a savepoint.
