Rule::when()andRule::unless()accept class-based custom rules (in the second and third parameters), but this is not reflected in the phpdoc types. This PR includes them.Both
ValidationRuleand the legacyInvokableRuleandRuleare included, since all three are currently in use, even though the latter are deprecated.
