Make command ignores comments in Homestead.yaml.example

If the end user adds comments to `Homestead.yaml.example` they will not survive the process when the `Homestead.yaml` is created. We should look for any lines at the start of the file and preserve those into the `Homestead.yaml`.

Not worried about any lines commented past that, I believe explaining the convention of any comments should be at the start of the file should be sufficient.
