Removed single quotes around env variables.
libiberty was built once too often by avr-binutils (fixed). Worse, libiberty is built and installed by both binutils and gcc, and when avr-gcc was built as a dependency, the symlinking step failed. Interestingly, avr-gcc would symlink fine when built standalone. Remove gcc's libiberty.a to make automatic installation as a dependency possible.
