* Add LuaLDVersion to return current SDK version
Additionally, remove redundant references to zip package.
Add LDJSONFree to AllFlags to resolve un-freed JSON object.
This commit fixes documentation generation by having ldoc directly write to the LD_RELEASE_DOCS_DIR path. It was previously broken because it was attempting to copy from PROJECT_DIR/docs to LD_RELEASE_DOCS_DIR, but ldoc actually creates a folder named "doc" by default (typo on my part.) Additionally, since there is no need to use CircleCI for Releaser builds, we can simply replace it with Releaser's docker functionality. This makes the build more stable since Releaser doesn't need to deal with CircleCI.
