Option to show actual upvotes/downvotes instead of the relative scores

Currently posts show the relative score, so upvotes-downvotes=what's displayed.

It would be nice to have an option to display upvotes and downvotes seperately.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Users could long press the relative score for a breakdown in a hovered tooltip

We recently added some [settings in Lemmy] for the way votes are shown. This will be included in 0.19.4.
