Hey! I'm Lauren

I am a social data scientist and currently a postdoctoral research fellow in computational social sciences in the DIVIDED project, specialising in methodology, data analytics and political economy. I am mainly based at the LSE Data Science Institute as a visiting fellow. I just defended my PhD at the European University Institute (EUI). My work concerns various political economy topics and natural language processing, mainly in Python and R. I Like plotting random data too. In my free time I love writing my data Substack (@lauren225268, so please do check it out!
