Shows example for using a Hash instead of a .yml config file

No rush to accept this at all. If anything I think this should also include tests for this specific use-case, if you're interested in it. For what it's worth, this is the precise use-case that I want to use this gem for.

Hi Alan, your help is most welcome. I'm quite busy with my other commitments, and only occasionally I have time to concentrate on jekyll-s3. I'll add you as a collaborator on the jekyll-s3 GitHub repo.
