你这块角色权限是需要手动插入数据吧，默认没有角色权限数据，后台管理我看你代码也是关了着的

手动部署，可以导入：
https://github.com/lazzyfu/AuditSQL/blob/master/initialization_data.sql

其他的后台账号，可以自己通过python manager.py createsuperuser自行创建
