This PR adds Schedule::after which allows schedule truncation after a specific date. It's analogous to Schedule::until.

Also adds simple tests for schedule truncation.

To be honest, I'm not sure what this block is meant to achieve. It appears in Schedule::until, so I copied it and change the >= to <=.
