This issue is to reimplement multizone VAV controller and the subsequences, to separate vector related calculations from the multizone VAV controller:
Buildings.Controls.OBC.ASHRAE.G36_PR1.AHUs.MultiZone.VAV.Controller
Buildings.Controls.OBC.ASHRAE.G36_PR1.AHUs.MultiZone.VAV.SetPoints.SupplyFan
