In theory, couldn't we get vim to autocomplete/intellisense as good as Visual Studio? I don't know anything about writing the script.
Here's an example for haskell (I don't know if it really works)
I'd like to do this but it would take some effort. The typescript source code includes a compiler/language service that should provide the completion data needed but it I'm not familiar with it and there is no cmd line interface to it yet; that would need to be the first step, to create something that the vim omnicomplete script could call to get completion details.
There is a command-line interface (used for the SublimeText-plugin as well) here.
Thanks for that link to typescripttools. As typescripttools provides a plugin for Vim, I'll close this and raise a new issue to ensure this plugin works with that one.
