Sierra support, fixed some bugs related to sierra and also updated to use certificate hash to prevent ambiguity if there are repeat profiles in the keychain.

After ipa selection it searches for all valid installed profiles and automatically selects the first valid one for you (if the option is toggled on)

After an IPA is selected tries to automatically choose the right provisioning profile for you. This is still kinda experimental, if you want a version that might be harder to use but more stable try 1.5.6.

Auto changes the bundle identifier if not a wildcard profile
If device attached check to see if its in the provisioning profile and warn if its not, supplying udid that needs addition.

Checks to make certain the provisioning profile and the certificate are a match.
Added edit menu back so select all/cut/copy etc all work as they should.

Fixed potential failure point and changed to uploading the files to /var/mobile/Documents rather than /var/root/.

Minor bug fix in deb processing. wasn't storing the bundle ID so log generation appeared to be broken.

Better feedback from appinst with a full appinst log and a syslog being easily provided to view or email for debugging purposes.

Added menu options in Help menu to show the log folder or grab the latest chunk of the syslog.

When processing deb files make sure it contains an arm64 binary before proceeding. This is to make sure people don't try to install applications that aren't targeted to tvOS.

Added ability to extract Applications in debian packages, sign, package and install. (ie kodi)
