Translated strings: string inconsistencies/improvements

These strings can be improved:

• "Add TaxForm" and "Add Tax Form" and "Add New Tax Form" (all mean the same)
• "30" "60" "90" ? Do these really need translation??
• "Acc_trans Sum"?!
• "Account No." vs "Account Number"
• "Account [_1] not found" vs "Account [_1] not found." (notice the dot!)
• "Attach To" vs "Attach to"
• "Balance y Mayor" (shouldn't have been marked for translation)
• "Caja Diaria" (shouldn't have been marked for translation)
• "Create Batch" vs "Create New Batch"
• "Date From" vs "Date From:"
• "Date To:" vs "Date To"
