In some cases, nzyme might not be able to utilize libpcap to configure a network adapter into monitor mode while the driver does support it and setting it with iwconfig works. See #339.

As a workaround, implement a "manual" mode to configure monitor mode. When enabled, do not use libpcap to configure monitor mode but assume that is has been set by user manually.
