2013 UEFI Linux Brick Issue

this page should track the (un)affected models of the issue that booting linux may brick UEFI thinkpads.
all of the required information can be gathered with the following two tools (if you booted linux successfully ;)
uname -r
dmidecode --type 0,1
please add your model information to the table.

To be able to install Linux you might have to add the boot/kernel flag -nomodetest.
