Generates the wrong colors for rgb percentages. #454

When I give it rgb percentages, it generates a color that is totally wrong. Ideally it would just let my color percentages pass right through. It's supposed to be compatible with regular CSS, right?

$ cat > lesstest.less
div {color:rgb(80%,80%,80%)}

$ lessc lesstest.less 
div {
  color: #010101;
}

Ah, good catch. It's here, pretty sure:
