  2. Be more explicit in how we return on failure for recvmsg

    authored
Apparently doing an unconditional XSRETURN_EMPTY results in returning
a list of size 0, which in turn becomes 1 in scalar context. This change
makes explicit return calls depending on context, and now in scalar
    context it returns with XSRETURN_UNDEF

This is the root cause of #28, although we should have checked for
return values more vigorously as was done in b2ea291
  3. Make sure to check that result of recvmsg is an object

    authored
Should work for #28, but while we're at it, make debugging easier by
actually naming our generated subroutines via Sub::Name

    200_fork.t panics on Windows

At least with Strawberry Perl 5.20 on Windows 7 x64. The message is:

panic: attempt to copy freed scalar 23bad200 to 22bad28 at {something}/perl/lib/Test/Builder.pm line 2366.

    https://zeromq.jira.com/browse/LIBZMQ-153 - here's official bug report.

I used a rather dirty way of getting a free port instead of `TCP::Test::empty_port()` as I didn't want to introduce a dependency on `TCP::Test` if it's not really needed. And I didn't want to make code much more complicated either.

So now we have a clear improvement on Windows (it kind of works instead of total failure), and on Unix the code didn't change.

    zmqcheck reimplemented to improve portability

    nponeccop authored
Current `zmqcheck doesn't work on Windows because of multiple issues. One example is using hardcoded `make` instead of `$Config{make}` which can be either `dmake` or `nmake` on Windows.

Fortunately, a more portable and robust implementation is already present in `inc/Devel/CheckLib.pm`.

If this patch is accepted, whole `tools/zmqcheck` folder can be deleted and manifest updated.
