This reverts commit a385461.
If no route matches the request, look in the directory named by the auto_pages config setting for a template matching the path, and if found, create and return a basic handler to use it.
Previously, we would only censor sensitive-looking things (passwords, card numbers, etc) in settings/session dumps if they were at the top level of the hash being dumped. Now, recurse, so that they all get censored.

I haven't actually tested this config yet, but it should work, I believe.
