Allow user to specify PREFIX
Now users can specify PREFIX when they run make:
Without a defined PREFIX, it defaults to /usr/local, so this is
backward compatible to previous behavior.

Fixed git-contrib issue when the username is in a commit msg
For example "visionmedia" might be in a submodule commit,
so grep fucks up and does not show the contrib properly. The down side
of this is that you need to specify the entire user name
Delete remote tag only if local was deleted
Delete remote branch only if local was deleted
Use -d to avoid deleting an unmerged branch by accident
