Binding to LAPACK? Why not bind to ATLAS? #1

ATLAS (Automatically Tuned Linear Algebra Subroutines) includes everything in LAPACK and BLAS and is quite a bit faster than the C or FORTRAN equivalents. As far as I know, all of the major Linux distros have ATLAS in the repositories now. All you need to do is pick the right architecture and install an RPM/deb. I believe there's an ARM build as well.

@znmeb Parrot-Linear-Algebra provides some ATLAS bindings. Also, this is a Google Summer of Code project repo that I created for my student @jashwanth :)
