     * Fixed `no_plan()` so that it no longer emits a plan. Note that it now has to be called as a table query. Ah well!
     * Changed `plan()` and `no_plan` so that they throw an exception if a user tries to plan twice.
     * Fixed `test.sql` so that it now emits a proper test plan.
     * Removed all of the configuration settings from pgtap.sql, as they're now handled by pg_prove. I've mengioned them in the README for reference.
