WWW::PhyloBox

This module provides a Perl API to PhyloBox, which is an online environment to manipulate Phylogenetic trees.

Example: http://2-0.latest.phylobox.appspot.com/#phylobox-2-0-f7fd33b2-932a-497a-9652-4732e1a3110f

You can click the "spinning arrows" button at the top to spin the phylogenetic tree in three dimensions.

This Perl API does not depend on BioPerl, but is meant to be used with it and other Perl software.
