  1. app-misc/powerline: EAPI + readme.gentoo-r1 bump.

Our suite of Powerline ebuilds now leverage EAPI 6 rather than 5 as well as the
new "readme.gentoo-r1" rather than obsolete "readme.gentoo" eclass, stifling a
    medley of gruesome warnings.

  1. games-roguelike/cataclysm-dda: Generally improved.

The Cataclysm: DDA ebuilds have been generally improved in various ways,
    * A new "xdg" USE flag has been added, permitting users to configure whether
they would prefer to store saves and settings in XDG base directories or in
      home directories.
    * Hardcoded optimizations in ${CXXFLAGS} are now properly removed.
    * Hardcoded binary stripping in ${LDFLAGS} is now properly removed.
    * The 0.9c and live ebuilds now symbolically link to one another again.
    * The 0.9c-specific patch is now applied specifically to that version.

  1. app-vim/powerline-vim: 2.3 symlinked.

The now-obsolete version 2.2 of the Vim-specific Powerline bindings have been
desymlinked, and version 2.3 of the same have been symlinked. Such is balance
    restored to the powerless force.

  1. dev-python/*: py.test support improved.

Python ebuilds leveraging py.test for testing now invoke py.test with sane CLI
options (i.e., "-vvx"), forcing ebuild failure on the first failing test.

  2. dev-python/yamale: New.

Like PyKwalify, Yamale is a Python YAML schema validator. Unlike PyKwalify,
Yamale is designed from the ground up with Python in mind -- and it shows.
Yamale is elegant, extensible, and well-documented. These are good things.

  1. dev-python/pyinstaller: 3.0 bump.

The stable Python 3.0 release is now supported. Weap and taste glory!
    committed Nov 10, 2015
  2. dev-python/pyinstaller: Significantly updated.

The live PyInstaller ebuild now works as expected, as well as supporting three
new well-documented USE flags: "debug", "leak-detector", and "clang". It is
    goodness incarnate.

  1. net-p2p/i2p: Upgrade instructions added.

I2P upgrades appear to frequently break backward compatibility with respect to
existing configuration files in various unpredictable ways. To assist distressed
users in fixing such breakage, a simple solution is printed on all upgrades.

  1. dev-vcs/git-remote-dropbox: New.

"git-remote-dropbox" permits an unlimited number of private Git repositories
supporting an unlimited number of users to be freely hosted on Dropbox. This
certainly calls into question the current profit model of such popular Git
hosts as GitHub and BitBucket. The problem, of course, is that I like GitHub.
I wouldn't want to be in their unenviable (and increasingly untenable)
economic position. At the least, the future is unlikely to resemble the present.

  2. dev-python/dropbox-sdk: Metadata fixed.

The "metadata.xml" for this ebuild previously referred to... well, utter tripe.
That has been summarily corrected, as befits both sanity and decency.

  3. dev-python/pyinstaller: Python 3.5 support added.

In theory, the live release of PyInstaller should now support Python 3.5.
    In theory.

  4. dev-python/dropbox-sdk: New.

This is the Python SDK for both versions v1 and v2 of the Dropbox API.

Apologies for the belated bump. For your convenience and security, all changes

  3. Documentation improved.

For readability, the "Motivations" section has been subdivided by category. In particular, a new bullet-point synopsizing our recent addition of I2P has been added to a new "P2P" subsection.

  4. net-p2p/i2p: 0.9.20 added.

This commit marks raiagent's first foray into unofficial I2P support. We intend
to maintain such support via 0-day bumps (i.e., ebuild version updates released
on the same day as I2P version updates), but only incontinent time will tell
whether we adhere to such a rigorous schedule.

  1. app-vim/powerline-vim: Universalized.

For maintainability, the live and non-live versions of "app-vim/powerline-vim"
have been universalized to leverage the same underlying ebuild. Relatedly, the
now-obsolete Powerline 2.1.4 ebuild has been archived as a non-symlink.

  1. games-roguelike/cataclysm-dda: Live ebuild fixed.

  2. games-roguelike/cataclysm-dda: Universalized.

The live and non-live ebuilds have been centralized into a single universal
ebuild, with the latter symlinking directly to the former. Additionally, support
for SDL-based audio has been added via the new USE flag "sound".

  1. app-misc/powerline: Cull outdated comments.

The FIXME and non-FIXME comments heading the "powerline-9999" ebuild have been
