This PR adds a recipe for the EARS dataset (https://sp-uhh.github.io/ears_dataset/, https://github.com/facebookresearch/ears_dataset), a high-quality speech dataset comprising 107 speakers from diverse backgrounds, totalling in more than 100 hours of clean, anechoic speech data.
