"distcheck" only works after "make" symlinks our headers #137

If we try to run a "make distcheck" on a bare checkout or a freshly configured out-of-source directory, it currently fails. I always run "distcheck" after plain "check" so I'd never noticed before.

Looks like it's not just the include/libmesh/ symlinks that are important; attempting to distcheck after a half-completed make gave me a similar error stemming from one of the fparser .inc files.

This is a larger issue using BUILT_SOURCES, but I'll see if there is an easy fix.
