I just noticed our BuildBot ParallelMesh configuration (four MPI ranks) hitting an error there:

Beginning Solve 9
System has: 445 degrees of freedom.
Linear solver converged at step: 30, final residual: 1.09806e-15
L2-Error is: 0.000182515
H1-Error is: 0.00601168
Warning: This MeshOutput subclass only supports meshes which are contiguously renumbered!
Assertion `!obj->valid_unique_id() || obj->unique_id() == unique_filled_request[i]' failed.

Any chance you can replicate this, @permcody ?

Sure, I have the URL for the BuildBot page for libMesh/master, but where is
this configuration located?
