Update idevicebackup2 to use idevice_new_with_options and include network devices.

Enables backups over Wifi as discussed in #845

Thank you @codynhat! I too have been looking/waiting for this feature. @nikias LMK if you want any more testing done on this or if you would like me to attach version numbers as well in future runs.
