Portworx: Add support to scan cloudsnaps taken by another cluster

What happened:
We should be able to restore cloudsnaps taken from one cluster to another. Can't do that right now since the snapshot objects need to be present on the destination cluster.

What you expected to happen:
Allow scanning of cloudsnaps from other cluster configured with the same credentials

is it possible or perhaps a manual way to accomplish this (be able to restore from an object store, a cloudsnap, created on another cluster), until support is available for this to function automatically?
