Added the error code check for tencent objectstore while fetching object lock info.

What this PR does / why we need it: tencent object store using a different error code for object lock fetching that need to added for a proper backup location addition.

Unit test:
Added the backup location with tencent credentials and validated exclusively
Taken backup and did a restore of the same backup
