Need help in adding new Cisco SRW208P - 8-port Fast Ethernet Switch with 2 Giga Combo ports, WebView and PoE device.

What OS do these devices run?

Sorry laf not so sure about the OS but it is a Cisco/Linksys switch, the closes OS that i can think of is Cisco - SG300-MP Cisco Small Business which looks about the same.
