allow detecting OpenBSD's own snmpd by sysObjectId #860

OpenBSD has its own native snmpd, it is autodetected by LibreNMS when it's left at default settings, but if sysDescr has been adjusted this no longer identifies the OS automatically. Diff just adds sysObjectId as an alternative (while leaving the previous detection in place for people using Net-SNMP instead).

Simple update :)

Would you be able to complete the contributors acknowledgement? Can't link to it off my phone but if you search in pull requests for contributor to see someone else's that would be great.

I've added it to this branch, sorry I probably should have done it as a separate pull request but I normally use other VCS and my git-wrangling skills aren't great ;)
