Android debug build problem with library name suffix when using cmake #2614

Cmake currently adds a 'd' to the end of the output library name in debug builds. This is a problem on android as the native libraries are loaded explicitly by name.

I made a fix to just disable this suffix on android. Maybe another option would be to make the library loading code somehow more intelligent, but I'm not sure if that's really useful.
