noTime in TimeHelpers always uses current date not the provided date #1056

The noTime function for the DateExtension class always returns the time without hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds for the current time not the time the function is supposed to be working on.

I think the calendar.setTime(date) needs to be called just after the val calendar = Calendar.getInstance line.
