CombParserHelpers#isNum not to handle supplementary characters #913

CombParserHelpers#isNum depends on Character#isDigit(char) which cannot handle supplementary characters having code points greater than U+FFFF.

As a result, the outcome is inconsistent for character set outside U+0000 to U+FFFF
Put necessary guard around that and mention it in the scaladoc.
