I think the HelloWorldTest might have been testing some old code when…

… it was asserting that the indexOf "Hello" is > 0

Since the tests passes in the string to format, I think an up-to-date test should assert that "Welcome to"'s indexOf is > 0...at least, that's what gets the test passing on my localhost.  A straight checkout from trunk right now has tests failing with "./sbt test" for me.
