It would be beneficial to be able to see puppet spec coverage reports in coveralls.

So its' coverage for the ruby test scripts?

The reason why the spec tests showed up in the coverage report and nothing else, is because Coveralls is only running the proper ruby files. I am closing out the PR for now and will circle back later.

Switching to 'open questions' as this is not 'in progress', but requires additional research.
