🐛 [BUG] - Inspector doesn't update text changes

Description

when updating text on a text node, the new text is rendered, but the DOM representation generated by the inspector does not update accordingly (and continues to show the original text)

Reproduction steps

1 enable inspector
2 make a text node
3 verify inspector shows initial text
4 change the text on the text node
5 see that inspector DOM representation did not update

We also noticed that all of the Text elements are appearing as "hidden", i.e. await expect(someTextLocator).toBeVisible() in playwright fails
