Moss 0.14.4

• bump to holochain 0.5.5
• add logic to alleviate a sporadic error that can occur when fetching the icon of a tool while installing it from the tool library
• adds better logging when launching holochain and lair and when signing zome calls
• fixed a missing icon in the create asset dialog
• fixes a bug where clicking on weave links reloaded Moss instead of opening the link
