Add aarch64 architecture for fedora.yaml #317

It should automatically switch back to using UEFI for aarch64:

firmware.legacyBIOS is not supported for architecture, ignoring

Used https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/34/Cloud/aarch64/images/Fedora-Cloud-34-1.2-aarch64-CHECKSUM (as signed by 8C5BA6990BDB26E19F2A1A801161AE6945719A39, see https://getfedora.org/security/)

It should automatically switch back to using UEFI for aarch64:

Unfortunately it did not work, Lima only prints the warning but does not add the EFI file...

PR coming
