Problèmes d'affichage dans l'interface d'invitation de dépôt

Bonjour,

La version 4.2.3 de l'invitation de dépôt contient des problèmes d'affichage : le mot "subject" en anglais est transformé en "Matière" au lieu de "Sujet" en français et l'apostrophe est transformé en une série de caractères (voir document joint).

It does not seem to be an encoding issue, probably an HTML character not displayed properly.

I have the same problem of the author of this issue. This error appears everywhere a simple quote has to be displayed.
I upgraded from version 4.2.x to version 5.0.3 and the error is still present.

are you sure you emptied the browser's cache ?

Yes, I tried with a browser cache cleared.

Accentuate letter (é, è, à, ù) seems to be ok. I only saw the problem with the simple quote.
This occur in ui-upload-request, ui-user and inside mail notification.
